Comics of the Week - Week 1: Bring Me to Life
1/7/2026

Whether resurrecting ancient relics from icebergs, or finding ways to live in the world, these comics explore how to make the best life with what you have. ...

Gifts of Wandering Ice is a sci-fi webcomic about ancient things people find in melting icebergs.

The Bright Side follows the coming-of-age of two best friends: a self-assured human girl named Emily, and the eternal but naive Death. They navigate life and love together, expand each other's worlds, and only occasionally receive mysterious portents of doom from the future.

Janurary update: blog section, comic of the week, and more
1/7/2026

Now that I have a blog section, I'd like to use it to share some of the things I'm planning for this month.

First, and most exciting, this month I will start selling copies of this comic!
... For now, I'm only selling them locally at a store, but I do plan to start selling online eventually- just not quite yet. The plan is to make floppy single-scene issues with a new one every other month or so until I catch up to the website. I'm also working on longer books, both hard and soft cover, though they aren't ready yet. They're all formatted, printed, and bound by myself. It's been quite the effort to get everything working, but now I'm very happy with the quality and I find the process very fun, so I'm hoping to be able to make a lot of them!

I'm joining spiderforest's comic of the week, an annual cross promo event. For the next couple months, I’ll be sharing a post here highlighting a pair of comics at the start of every week. It made for a good reason to finally finish this blog section.

The last update is that I’m also working on another project, though I'll have to keep it a secret for now. Your hint is that it involves a character that you'll see more of in the updates this and next month. It's also a collaboration with one of the most talented background artists I know, who helped me with the sun in page three. I'm so pleased to be working with them on this.

There’s a lot of very exciting things I have planned regarding my comics this year, so I hope you’ll stick around to see it. See ya!
